These terms apply to the Trendling app and website ("Trendling"), published by Borsanın İzinden Danışmanlık Finans ve Eğitim Hizmetleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("we", "us"), [COMPANY ADDRESS], Türkiye. By using Trendling you agree to them. If you get the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
1. Education, not financial advice
Trendling is an educational course about technical analysis. Nothing in the app or on this website is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Charts in lessons are practice material built for teaching; they are not live market data and they do not predict future prices.
Trading and investing involve risk, including the loss of your money. You alone are responsible for your decisions. Consider talking to a licensed professional before you trade.
2. Your use of Trendling
- You may use Trendling for your own personal, non-commercial learning.
- Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app or its lessons, charts, illustrations or sounds, except as the law allows.
- Do not use Trendling in a way that breaks the law or harms the app or other people.
3. Premium subscriptions
- Premium is an optional, auto-renewing subscription that unlocks all levels and certificates. The price and period are shown before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google Play account) when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your account settings at any time.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
4. Your progress
Your learning progress is stored on your device and is not backed up by us. If you delete the app or lose your phone, your progress may be lost unless you saved a backup code in the app or your phone's own backup restored it.
5. Our content
The lessons, text, charts, characters (including Toro and Bruno), illustrations, sounds and software in Trendling belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Using Trendling does not give you any ownership of them.
6. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop parts of Trendling, and we may update these terms. When the terms change in an important way, we will show the new effective date here. If you keep using Trendling after a change, you accept the new terms.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Trendling is provided "as is". We work hard to keep lessons accurate, but we do not promise that the app will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for indirect or consequential damages, arising from your use of Trendling. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
